1 - PRINT EMPLOYEE LIST - This menu selection will allow you to print
a list of employees that are in your employee file.
2 - EMPLOYEE TIME CARDS - This menu selection will take you to the
employee time cards menu.
3 - PRINT EMPLOYEE I.D./MAIL LABELS - This menu selection will allow
you to print I.D.badges and mailing labels for employees that are
in your employee file.
4 - REBUILD TIMECLOCK INDEX FILES - If you are upgrading a version
prior to v.1.12, then you must make this selection.
5 - EXIT TO MAIN MENU - This menu selection will allow you to return
to the main menu.

1 - EDIT EMPLOYEE TIME CARDS - This menu selection will allow you to
edit time cards for all employees that are in your employee file.
2 - PRINT EMPLOYEE TIME CARDS - This menu selection will allow you to
print time cards for all employees that are in your employee file
3 - ARCHIVE EMPLOYEE TIME CARDS - This menu selection will allow you
to archive time cards after they have been printed. If you do not
archive time cards, the program will run slower.
4 - PRINT ASCII TIME CARD FILES - This menu selection will allow you
to print the TIMECARD.TXT file.
5 - EMPLOYEE CLOCK-IN - This menu selection will allow you to clock-
in employees for a paid holiday.
6 - PRINT VACATION REPORT - This menu selection will allow you to
print a vacation report.
7 - PRINT SICK LEAVE REPORT - This menu selection will allow you to
print a sick leave report.
8 - EXIT - This menu selection will allow you to return to the prev-
ious menu.

1 - EMPLOYEE NUMBER - This menu selection will permit you to print
the employees sorted by employee number.
2 - EMPLOYEE NAME - This menu selection will permit you to print the
employees sorted by employee name.
3 - DEPARTMENT NUMBER - This menu selection will permit you to print
the employees sorted by department number.
4 - EXIT TO MAIN MENU - This menu selection will permit you to exit
to the main menu.

1 - PRINT EMPLOYEE DATA IN VERTICAL FORMAT - This menu selection will
permit you to print the employee data verticaly down the page.
2 - PRINT EMPLOYEE DATA IN HORIZONTAL FORMAT - This menu selection
will permit you to print the employee data horizontaly across the
page.
3 - EXIT - This menu selection will permit you to exit to the previo-
us menu.

1 - PRINT ALL EMPLOYEES - This menu selection will permit you to
print a list of all employees in your employee file.
2 - PRINT A RANGE OF EMPLOYEES - This menu selection will permit you
to print a partial list of employees that you select.
3 - EXIT - This menu selection will permit you to exit this menu and
return to the previous menu.

FROM : - enter the first employee number to start printing.
TO : - enter the last employee number to print. If it is the
same as the starting employee number press enter.
[SEARCH ON EMPLOYEE NAME]
FROM : - enter the first employee name to start printing.
TO : - enter the last employee name to print. If it is the
same as the starting employee name press enter.
[SEARCH ON DEPARTMENT #]
FROM : - enter the first department number to start printing.
TO : - enter the last department number to print. If it is the
same as the starting department number press enter.

[ENTER TIMECARD PERIOD]
START DATE.: - enter the start date of this timecard period.
END DATE...: - enter the ending date of this timecard period.
If you are archiving time cards, this time card period will be
deleted from the TIMECLOK.DAT file & placed in the archive file.
The name of the archive file will be today's date + TC.ARC, i.e.
941110TC.ARC.

You may change any one or all the employee label defaults, and print
employee I.D. badges or mailing labels. You may print labels on plain
paper, until your defaults are correct.

Enter the source path and the destination disk drive, then press F10
to copy the archive file to a floppy diskette.

1 - DISPLAY - This menu selection will permit you to display the emp-
loyee time cards on the monitor.
2 - PRINTER - This menu selection will permit you to print the emp-
loyee time cards on a printer.
3 - ASCII DISK FILE - This menu selection will permit you to save the
employee time cards to an ASCII text file for export to other
programs.
4 - QUIT - This menu selection will permit you to exit this menu and
return to the previous menu.
@TxtReport
1 - DISPLAY - This menu selection will permit you to display the emp-
loyee time cards on the monitor.
2 - PRINTER - This menu selection will permit you to print the emp-
loyee time cards on a printer.
3 - QUIT - This menu selection will permit you to exit this menu and
return to the previous menu.
@DetailReport
1 - DETAIL REPORT - This menu selection will permit you to print the
detailed employee time cards report.
2 - SUMMARY REPORT - This menu selection will permit you to print the
summary employee time cards report.
3 - QUIT - This menu selection will permit you to exit this menu and
return to the previous menu.
@TCFile
1 - DELETE AND START NEW FILE - This menu selection will permit you
to delete the TIMECARD.TXT file & start a new file.
2 - MERGE TO EXISTING FILE - This menu selection will permit you to
merge employee time cards from multiple locations, to one
TIMECARD.TXT file.
3 - QUIT - This menu selection will permit you to exit this menu and
return to the previous menu.

DATE IN - Enter six digits, i.e 02/10/92.
@TimeIn
TIME IN - Enter four digits, i.e 08:00.
@DateOut
DATE OUT - Enter six digits, i.e 02/10/92.
@TimeOut
TIME OUT - Enter six digits, plus one of the following codes:
R = regular hours, 1 = OT1 hours, 2 = OT2 hours, H = holi-
day hours, S = sick hours, V = vacation hours, M = misc.
hours. i.e 02/10/92R.
@Lunch
If you want to subtract a specific amount of time for lunch, enter
that time in minutes, then press enter. i.e. 60. This time will sub-
tract only if the employee has worked 6 hours or more that day.
If you do not want to subtract time for lunch, enter 0, then press
enter.
